1. Policy Overview

OnlineGallery respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement committed on our site.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice containing the following details to our support email:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including URLs where the original work is viewable).
  2. Identification of the material on OnlineGallery that is claimed to be infringing, along with links/URLs to the infringing page or artwork listing.
  3. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

3. Counter-Notifications

If your artwork listing was removed under a DMCA claim and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to us.

Your counter-notification must contain:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or California, if outside the US).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or disable the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these copyright policies or who are subject to multiple verified DMCA takedown claims.
