By accessing or using OnlineGallery.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the platform or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

To access the dashboard, you must register for an account using a valid email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious script code.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Artists retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork details, image uploads, and bio text they publish on OnlineGallery.

By uploading artwork content, you grant OnlineGallery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of maintaining your public artist portfolio page and pushing authorized listings to external marketplaces.

4. Marketplace Synchronization Disclaimer

OnlineGallery provides tools to track your artworks across third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, Artmajeur, Saatchi Art, and Singulart). We do not guarantee listing accuracy, uptime, or acceptance by external marketplaces. Any transactions or listing fees incurred on external sites are solely the responsibility of the artist.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnlineGallery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall OnlineGallery, its founders, or partners be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, unauthorized database access, listing discrepancies, or account suspensions on external sites.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of the terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
